The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the following:1. Re-designation of Mr. Priyansh Kapoor - Whole-time Director & CEO as Managing Director & CEO; 2. Request received from Mr. Kamal Singal vide his letter dated 10-02-2026 conveying his intention to step down from position of MD & CEO and accordingly he ceases to be MD & CEO; and 3. Re-designation of Mr. Kamal Singal as Whole-time Director - Strategy and Investments.
