With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited (The Company) have vide circular resolution passed on December 29 2025 allotted 433842 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 Plan. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.Consequent to above the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 381407309/- consisting of 381407309 equity shares of Rs 1/- each to Rs. 381841151/- consisting of 381841151 equity shares of Rs 1/- each.
