Pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT Jaipur Bench vide order dated 23.09.2024 and pursuant to the merger of RNIT Solutions & Services Limited into Autopal Industries Limited the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 7th November 2024 approved the change in object clause of the Company in line with the Transferor and transferee company and approved the change in Authorised capital clause by increase in the Authorised share capital of the Company from INR 43 Crores (Post Merger combined Capital) to INR 85 Crores divided into 85000000 equity shares of INR 10 each.
