Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Friday November 14 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved Unaudited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025 together with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and other business as per the agenda circulated.
