Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we have to inform you that the Board of Directors of our Company in its meeting held on Tuesday the 12th August 2025 which commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.25 p.m. interalia have approved the following:1. Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025.As required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a copy of the Un-Audited Financial Results and Declaration with respect to the Limited Review Report with unmodified opinion to the Un-Audited Financial Results and certified copy of the Limited Review Report is attached herewith.
