Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the shares/securities of the Company by the designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f January 01 2026 for the purpose of approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. The trading window shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results.
