With reference to the subject cited above this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. 10th February 2026 have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and authorized Mr. Nusli N. Wadia Chairman of the Company to sign the Results to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
