Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives including the Promoters Promoter Group Directors KMPs Designated Employees of the Company etc. with effect from July 1 2025 for the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First quarter ending on 30th June 2025. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First quarter ending on 30th June 2025.
