Century Plyboards (India) Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at P-15/1 Taratala Road Kolkata- 700 088 on Thursday 7th August 2025 at 12:30 P.M. to inter alia consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2025.Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st July 2025 and will be reopened on 9th August 2025 i.e. after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on 7th August 2025.
