Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Branch (Honble NCLT) in its meeting held on March 7 2025 has reserved the order in the matter of Composite Scheme of Arrangement.A copy of the order passed by the NCLT is yet to be made available and Company is in process of availing certified true copy of NCLT order once it is made available we will submit the same with stock exchange(s).The scheme will be effective upon filing of the certified copy of order of the Honble NCLT sanctioning the scheme with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
