Anantha Lakshmi B. Com M.B.A. ACS. as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 9th January 2026.The details as requested under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 are provided in the enclosed letter.
