This is further to our earlier announcement dated 9th January 2026 relating to the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 9th January 2026 and the appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the appointment of Ms. M.S. Anantha Lakshmi B. Com. C.M.A. M.B.A. A.C.S. C.A. (Inter). (holding Membership No. A46694) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has become effective from 9th January 2026. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are provided in Annexure-A.
