In continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 01 2025 with respect to the approval of Resolution Plan by the Committee of Creditors and its subsequent submission before the Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench-VI dated May 23 2025 we hereby wish to inform you that the said matter was listed and heard today before the Honble NCLT. We further inform you that the next date of hearing for consideration and approval of the resolution plan is scheduled on Friday August 22 2025.
