Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018 we hereby submit the confirmation certificate submitted by the share transfer agent M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited for the quarter ended December 31 2025.Kindly take the above information on your records.

This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Insider Trading Policy of the company the trading window for dealing/trading in the shares of the company shall remain closed from Thursday January 01 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.Details of the board meeting for considering and approving the financial results of the company and the date of opening of the trading window will be intimated in due course.
