Daulat Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulations 29(1)(a) 30 33 50 and 52 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby intimated that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 12th February 2026 at the corporate office of the Company inter alia to consider the undermentioned business transactions:1. To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025 and2. Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives / dependents from 1st January 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025 as has already been intimated to the stock exchange.
