The Bank has issued and allotted 616360 equity shares of ?10/- each today i.e. on August 252025 to the employees of the Bank pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Accordingly the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 314539173 equity shares of ?10/- each to 315155533 equity shares of ?10/- each.
