(i) The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 and(ii) Declaration of payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.10/- (Rupees Ten Paise only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (fully paid-up) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record date for payment of this Interim Dividend will be Friday February 20 2026. The Interim Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration to the shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the Record date.
