Diamines & Chemicals Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.

We submit herewith announcement under Regulation 30 regrading CCA received from Gujarat Pollution Control Board.

We submit herewith certificate under Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025 received from RTA.

Intimation of closure of Trading Window w.e.f. January 01 2026.
