Eveready Industries India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve (i) annual audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015; and (ii) recommendation of dividend if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2025.
