Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 we would like to inform that pursuant to recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajesh Gagrani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from June 2 2025.Consequent to the above Mr. Arpit Kumar Nagori who was appointed as CFO in the interim capacity and designated as KMP of the Company from April 1 2025 has ceased to hold said position w.e.f. June 2 2025. Mr. Arpit Kumar Nagori will continue in his role as General Manager- Corporate Finance of the Company.
