Further to our intimation dated May 19 2025 regarding propsed acquisiton of the equity shares of Amplus Ampere Private Limited (Amplus) allotment of 1760000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- per equity share to the Company has been completed by Amplus on August 27 2025 and thus Company has completed its investment aggregating to Rs. 1.76 crores in Amplus on August 27 2025.
