Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform the exchanges that the Board of Directors of the Company by way of a circular resolution passed on August 28 2025 approved the sale of land admeasuring 23.32 acres situated at Kurichi Village Podanur Coimbatore Tamil Naidu (Land/ Property) to G Square Realtors Private Limited (Buyer/ Purchaser) subject to requisite approvals and fulfillment of conditions precedent to the sale. The relevant details as prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular dated July 13 2023 with respect to the proposed sale is enclosed as Annexure A.
