Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026 we would like to inform the exchanges about the following changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company: a. Appointment of Mr. Subramaniam Venkatakrishnan as Vice President (Business Head - Boards & Panels) of the Company with effect from February 4 2026. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in Annexure A. b. Mr. Rahul Chopra Senior VP (BU Head - Boards & Panels) of the Company has moved into another role within the Company as Senior VP - Head of Skill Development CSR and Public Advocacy with effect from February 4 2026.
