To Consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth quarter and the financial year ended 31st March 2025; 2. To Consider and approve the alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company to include enabling provisions for the issuance of shares under the Employee Stock Option Plan. 3.
