FVCIL/SEC/BSE/9783/2025-2026 dated 31st January 2026 informing you that the meeting of the Board of Directors was convened on Friday 6th February 2026 to consider amongst other businesses the consideration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2025. Due to some unforeseen and unavoidable reasons the said Board meeting is preponed and is now convened on Thursday 5th February 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.Accordingly the revised date of the Board Meeting is Thursday 5th February 2026.
