V. Road Andheri (West) Mumbai - 400 058 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and to discuss and approve other matters. The outcome of the Board Meeting and the said results along with reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company will be submitted to you in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
