Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of unpublished Price Sensitives Information the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from 1st Jan2026 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st Dec2025 for which the Board Meeting will be held on or before 14th Feb 2026 or any extended date if any.
