Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.20252. Appointment of Parikh & Associates Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for Audit period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
