We wish to inform that in terms of Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday February 05 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following:1. Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025
