We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of IFL Enterprises Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Monday 16th June 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Office No. 412 4th Floor Shilp Zaveri Samruddhi Society Near Shyamal Cross Road Satellite Ahmedabad - 380015 has approved certain modifications to the terms of the Rights Issue which were previously disclosed in the outcome dated Monday 09th June 2025.
