Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 The Company has sent 1st intimation to the Physical Shareholder on December 18 2021 with regard to furnish valid PAN KYC details and Nomination pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 03 2021 Further Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16 2023. The Company has sent 2nd reminder intimation to all Physical Shareholders on May 04th 2023 to furnish valid PAN KYC and Nomination Details. Please find enclosed herewith a copy of letter sent to the physical shareholders. Kindly take the same on record.
