Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we enclose herewith copies of the newspaper cutting extracts of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2025 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Friday 30th January 2026.

The unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2025 were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today. Results are enclosed with this intimation.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today has approved the matter as mentioned in the enclosed intimation.

Indokem Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Indokem Limited has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday 30th January 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on 31st December 2025. Further in view of this As per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations2015 and for the purpose of consideration of financial results the trading window of the company has been closed since 1st January2026 and the same shall open 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations2015 we hereby inform you that the company has received restart directions (Ref. No. MPCB/Restart/2601140001 dated 14th January 2026) from the Regional Officer Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) Kalyan District Thane permitting the restart of production activities at the Manufacturing unit situated at Plot No. 128 Chikhloli MIDC Ambernath Thane. Please find attached the detailed intimation enclosed herewith.
