Infraquest International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12 2016 inter alia to consider :<BR><BR>- Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30 2016 and Limited Review report thereon;<BR><BR>Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and Report Tradings by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the above reason and for specified persons from August 06 2016 to August 16 2016 (inclusive of both days).
