Innova Captab Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (i) for consideration of Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and (ii) consideration of declaration of interim dividend.

Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the certificate dated 03rd January 2026 received from Kfin Technologies Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that in terms of Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2025. Further the date of meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the aforesaid period shall be informed in due course.
