Initial public offering of upto 35,44,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Anand Seamless Limited (the company or the issuer company) for cash at a price Rs. 72 /- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 62 /- per equity share) (issue price) aggregating to Rs. 25.52 crores, the issue comprises fresh issue of upto 35,44000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 25.52 crores (Fresh Issue), out of which 1,77,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for a cash price of Rs. 72/- per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1.28 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 33,66,000 shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 72/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 24.24 crores (is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue). The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.61% and 28.12%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 72 per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is 7.2 times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.

Objective of issue

Financing the cost towards capacity expansion, technological upgradation, cost optimization of the company operations and support to the manufacturing facility at. Full or part repayment and/or prepayment of certain outstanding secured and unsecured borrowings availed by the Company. General corporate purposes.
