Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. January 20 2026 have considered and approved the issuance of upto 42632750 Warrants at an issue price of Rs. 18 per warrant to the Promoters and Non-Promoters of the Company.
