Jindal Poly Inve Announcement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 regarding the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement approved under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act 2013. The Scheme provides for the demerger of Jindal India Powertech Limited and transfer of the specified business to Jindal India Power Limited.

Confirmation Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

This is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading in securities/ shares of the Company by Designated Person (s) and their immediate relatives we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities/ shares of the Company shall remain closed beginning from Thursday 1st January 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2025. All the connected and Designated Person(s) and their immediate relative(s) shall not trade in the securities of the company when the trading window closed.
