In continuation of our letter dated January 8 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we attach the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 along with Independent Auditors Review Report. The said Financial Results were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held today.
