Our company is listed on SME Platform of Exchange and as per Regulation 33(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 it is provided that in case of listed entity which has listed their specified securities on SME Exchange filing of unaudited financial statements shall be respectively read as half yearly/half year.
