This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. 5th February 2026 consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results alongwith the Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors thereon for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025.The Said meeting commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded on 4:55 P.M.
