KPI Green Energy Limited has informed the exchange that CRISIL Ratings Limited has assigned a Provisional CRISIL AA+ (CE) / Stable rating to the proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) - GREEN BONDS to be issued by KPI Green Energy Limited aggregating up to INR 700 Crores.
