Intimation U/R 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations - Delisting of Securities - Honble NCLT Order dated April 28 2021 in IA (IBC)/112/2021 in CP (IB) No.675/7/HDB/2018 and the Sale Certificate issued by the Liquidator dated March 29 2021. As per the said NCLT Order the NCLT has permitted the Corporate Debtor to delist its securities with effect from the date of passing the order i.e. w.e.f. April 28 2021.
