Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in line with the above-referenced SEBI circular we wish to inform you that Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited (The Company has entered into a lease Agreement with Narender Kumar Mehta for taking on lease basis the premises located at Bawani Khera Road Near HP Agency Godown Village Tosham Bhiwani Haryana 127040 for a period of 5 (five) years w.e.f. 6th February 2026 to 5th February 2031.The Company desires to carry on the business of manufacturing processing packaging and storage of Desi Ghee and other permitted food products along with all related and supporting activities in the leased premisesA detailed disclosure is attached
