Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine-months ended 31st December 2025 alongwith Limited Review Report thereon of the Statutory Auditors; and2. Other matters as per agenda.The results along with the QR code will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 in due course. The same will also be made available on the Companys website www.mkexim.com.The meeting commenced at 04:30 P.M. and concluded at 05:00 P.M.
