Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors had considered and approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from New Delhi to Guwahati subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing EGM and the Regional Director Northern Region Delhi.
