Dear Sir/MadamPursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Right Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Markobenz Ventures Limited (the Company) at its Meeting held on June 17 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the extension of Rights Issue Closing Date & On Market Renunciation Date of the ongoing Rights Issue.The Rights Issue which commenced on Tuesday 10th June 2025 and was earlier scheduled to close on Wednesday 25th June 2025 will now close on Monday June 30 2025 in order to provide a further window of opportunity for eligible equity Shareholders to apply. Further Last Date for On Market Renunciation which was Thursday 19th June 2025 will now be Thursday 26th June 2025.
