Matrimony.Com Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) & (e) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12 2026 to consider and approve amongst others 1. The Un-Audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025; 2. The Un-Audited standalone financial results of the Company as per Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025;In view of the above as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company the Trading Window is closed from January 1 2026 to February 14 2026 (both days Inclusive).
