Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct) and SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 (as amended) the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys Securities would be closed for all the designated persons (Including Directors and designated employees) and their immediate relatives from Tuesday July 1 2025 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2025. The date of Board Meeting for the said results shall be intimated in due course.
