To consider approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.2. To Consider declaration of 1st Interim dividend if any to the equity shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2025-26. We further inform you that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors the Record Date for the purpose of payment of such interim dividend will be February 17 2026.
