Allotment of 185432518 (Eighteen Crores Fifty-Four Lakhs Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred and Eighteen) Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) on a rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company at a price of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) per equity share in the ratio of 4:1 i.e. 4 (Four) fully paid-up Equity shares for every 1 (One) Equity Share held by the eligible equity shareholders as on the record date i.e. Monday 10th April 2023.The said allotment is pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated 19th April 2023 and finalisation of the Basis of Allotment as approved by BSE Limited (BSE) the Designated Stock Exchange.
